The mission of CancerFree KIDS is to eradicate cancer as a life-threatening disease in children by funding promising research that might otherwise go unfunded.

CancerFree KIDS was founded by Ellen and Sam Flannery after their baby daughter was diagnosed with cancer in both of her eyes at 5 months of age. Today, thanks to cancer research, that baby is a healthy college student.

CancerFREE Kids and Fuel the Sole have partnered to help raise awareness through running the Flying.

What: Raise $250 (or more!) to fund life-saving childhood cancer research and give kids a chance to grow up.

How to Participant: Get a team of 4 (Sign up for the Relay under Team Fuel the Sole)

Why: Run in honor of a child who has battled cancer. You will receive their picture and learn a little bit about their story.

BND Logo.png

Brand New Day (BND) was created to form a collective commitment by all to eliminate the incidence of suicide and relieve the negative stigma associated with mental illness.

What: BND products serve as a physical symbol, a promise to ourselves and others, to ask for help and help those who ask. (Continue reading their story & mission on their website)

How to Participant: Purchase BND’s Wellness Wear to support their mission and create awareness.

Why: A portion of all BND wellness wear sales is donated directly to Grant Us Hope, benefiting the Ohio Hope Squads.
